What you will do

• Manage the local Client Service function within Global Transaction Banking Operations.
• Deliver client service across deposits, escrow, virtual integrated accounts, global payments, and related transaction banking products.
• Manage strategic clients end-to-end through onboarding while meeting regulatory, control, and service requirements.
• Help establish and scale global client service architecture for new and enhanced transaction banking capabilities.
• Support FX payment flows, liquidity sourcing, international payments, payment schemes, and settlement processes.
• Resolve client and internal queries involving payments, accounts, funding flows, payment repairs, reconciliations, and FX unwinds.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in client service within transaction banking, payment processing, or FX middle office.
• Understanding of FX payments, international payment servicing, or transaction banking account management.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in client support and risk management principles, with meticulous attention to detail and a control-focused mindset.
