Vice President, Integrated Risk

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work with a minimum of two days per week in the office

Salary: $157,000–$198,000 base salary per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus program.

What you will do

• Implement and refine enterprise risk management frameworks, policies, procedures, and governance structures in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Lead local risk identification, risk assessment, and Risk Appetite Framework activities, including analysis of risk appetite metrics and trends.
• Establish Key Risk Indicators and risk appetite statements, and prepare clear updates for senior management across risk types.
• Maintain local risk governance structures and advise approval bodies on US policies and regulatory waivers.
• Support enterprise stress testing, Recovery and Resolution Planning, crisis management planning, and resolvability data activities.
• Monitor emerging risks, regulatory developments, and industry trends, and support regulatory examinations and internal audits.

Requirements

• Prior enterprise risk management experience with subject-matter expertise in risk appetite.
• At least 5 years of experience in risk management and financial products; credit and market risk experience is helpful.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Quantitative Finance.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to break down complex issues into manageable components.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, work across cultural environments, synthesize information strategically, and present complex content clearly.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication; minimum two days per week of in-office attendance in New York is required.
