Vice President CIB LATAM Structuring (Finance)

Base pay range: $225,000–$270,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Originate, structure, and execute LATAM-focused solutions for onshore financial institutions, sovereign and quasi-sovereign clients, and offshore LATAM-focused funds.
• Develop solutions across funding, derivatives, rates, FX, and asset-side opportunities.
• Address client hedging, financing, and risk management objectives through customized structures.
• Partner with Sales, Trading, and Coverage teams to deliver client solutions.
• Manage multiple workstreams and execute accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in structuring or markets solutions for financial institutions, sovereign clients, and LATAM-focused funds.
• Experience building and executing structured solutions across funding, derivatives, rates, and FX.
• Strong understanding of product mechanics, pricing fundamentals, and risk considerations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, commercial judgment, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education; Series 7 and 63 certifications are required.
