Staff Director Global Cash Management (Treasury)

What you will do

• Lead a team responsible for executing global cash management strategy.
• Oversee cash operations across the United States, Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
• Develop cash flow forecasts to support executive management decisions.
• Manage banking support, bank accounts, online banking systems, liquidity, short-term investments, and FX/derivatives activities.
• Build banking and customer relationships to maintain access to cost-effective liquidity.
• Establish controls and governance supporting regulatory compliance and strategic treasury initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in economics, finance, or a related field.
• At least eight years of experience, including successful management experience in treasury, cash management, or a directly related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, judgment, presentation, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Ability to work onsite in Memphis, Tennessee, United States.
• Moderate travel is required.

Nice to have

• MBA and advanced certifications such as CTP.
• Spanish or Portuguese proficiency.
• Experience with cash pooling, treasury management systems, FX platforms, financial modeling, or data analytics.
• Experience managing teams across geographies or working for a multinational corporation.
