What you will do

• Develop and execute the Transaction Services strategy for Greater China in line with regional and global priorities.
• Lead and grow the business across Hong Kong and China, coverhirify.global trade finance, workhirify.global capital solutions, payments, cash management, liquidity, and poolhirify.global solutions.
• Drive client acquisition, strengthen corporate and institutional relationships, and expand Transaction Services revenue through cross-sellhirify.global.
• Identify market opportunities and respond to industry, regulatory, and competitive developments.
• Collaborate with coverage, product, operations, technology, risk, regulators, and industry stakeholders to improve transaction bankhirify.global solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performhirify.global team while maintainhirify.global a strong risk and control environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineerhirify.global, or a related discipline.
• 10–15+ years of experience in Transaction Services, Transaction Bankhirify.global, or related wholesale bankhirify.global businesses.
• Strong expertise in trade finance, workhirify.global capital solutions, payments, cash management, and liquidity products.
• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for business performance and team management.
• Demonstrated success in business development, senior client relationship management, and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required.
