Counterparty Onboarding Analyst

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day counterparty and vendor onboarding operations, providing direction and solutions.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle across multiple jurisdictions.
• Conduct initial due diligence and manage ongoing counterparty monitoring.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align onboarding with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Vet domestic and international wire-transfer payment instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risk issues while maintaining counterparty data and improving processes.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of KYC and counterparty lifecycle management experience, preferably at a financial institution or trading firm.
• Strong understanding of trading flows and the broader control environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in an ambiguous environment.
• Prior experience in a lead or senior capacity and international onboarding across multiple jurisdictions are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Fenergo is preferred; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Visa sponsorship is not available.
