What you will do

• Own and enforce consistent sales process standards across European territories, ensuring adherence to deal qualification frameworks.
• Lead the European cadence of pipeline reviews, QBRs, and forecast calls.
• Design and maintain dashboards and KPI frameworks to provide real-time visibility into sales performance.
• Develop and manage regional revenue forecasting models in partnership with the Finance team.
• Act as the primary European owner of CRM (Salesforce) data integrity, configuration, and user adoption.
• Evaluate and optimize the sales tech stack, including sequencing, intent data, and CPQ platforms.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy.
• At least 3 years of experience at a senior individual contributor or lead level.
• Advanced Salesforce experience in reporting, pipeline management, and data governance.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in Paris or London.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth SaaS, Mobility, Fintech, or Marketplace environments.
• Proficiency in French.
