What you will do

• Manage global bank account processes, including openings, closures, and KYC documentation.
• Execute treasury back-office activities like wire transfers and inter-company funding.
• Maintain cash flow forecasts and perform variance analysis for liquidity management.
• Monitor foreign currency exposures and implement hedging strategies.
• Manage the company's investment portfolio and monitor bank account balances.
• Perform SOX control reviews of bank portal users and prepare audit evidence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in treasury or finance.
• Knowledge of cash management, bank administration, and treasury operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace; NetSuite or TMS experience is a plus.
• Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence.
• Must be based in New York, Palo Alto, or San Francisco.
