What you will do

• Build and own the Sales Enablement strategy and roadmap in partnership with Product Education leadership.
• Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs to improve GTM productivity.
• Create and maintain GTM playbooks, process documentation, and enablement content.
• Collaborate with CX, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and the buyer journey.
• Identify skill gaps across GTM teams and design targeted resources to close them.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs using performance metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Enablement or Operations within a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of experience in Account Executive or Account Management roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing scalable enablement programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
