What you will do

• Define and enforce architectural standards across the cloud product portfolio.
• Lead technology evaluations and create Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) for major initiatives.
• Architect solutions for multi-region HA, disaster recovery, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Design automation frameworks to eliminate manual processes and reduce operational toil.
• Build observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and GCP tools.
• Develop production-grade code in Python, Bash, and Go for automation and Terraform modules.

Requirements

• 10+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering for large-scale production environments.
• Expert-level experience in GCP/AWS, multi-region architectures, and GKE optimization.
• Deep production expertise in Kubernetes and advanced Terraform development.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, Bash, and/or Go.
• Expertise in Linux systems across multiple distributions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Sunnyvale, CA.

Nice to have

• Multi-cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP.
• Experience with GitOps and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD).
• Proven track record in SRE/DevOps transformation leadership.
