What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and technical strategy for enterprise healthcare implementations.
• Translate complex healthcare business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, covering core platform and Health Cloud extensions.
• Define and govern integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and healthcare standards such as FHIR and HL7.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical governance through design/code reviews, governor limit optimization, and performance tuning.
• Mentor multi-shore Salesforce teams consisting of developers, administrators, and QA engineers.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud features (Patient Profiles, Care Plans, Care Teams, Assessments, etc.).
• Hands-on leadership experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proven experience in the healthcare domain with a strong understanding of HIPAA/PHI compliance.
• Experience with EHR/EMR integrations and patient/member lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Must be based in the United States.
