Sr. Compliance Officer (Asset Management)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Hybrid workplace model with at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Lead the preparation and timely filing of regulatory and compliance reports.
• Prepare substantial shareholder disclosures and support global regulatory reporting requirements.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries in collaboration with business partners.
• Document, monitor, test, and improve compliance procedures, controls, and monitoring activities.
• Address compliance issues related to trading strategies and technology controls.
• Prepare documentation supporting SEC and other regulatory reviews.

Requirements

• Experience with regulatory environments including SEC, CFTC/NFA, and FINRA.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of securities regulations and the Securities Acts of 1933, 1934, and 1940.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and familiarity with disclosure of interests or substantial shareholding requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of financial services, securities laws, and back-office operations.

Nice to have

• Compliance, legal, or audit experience in asset management.
• Experience with FCA and PRA requirements.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Charles River, or similar trading systems and compliance components.
