Deployment Strategist (AI): Leading the capture, deployment, and expansion of agentic AI capabilities across NRO and NGA workflows with an accent on GEOINT, overhead intelligence, IC acquisition vehicles, and mission-partner engagement. Focus on shaping multi-million-dollar opportunities, transitioning prototypes into production, orchestrating prime-contractor partnerships, and translating intelligence requirements into deployable technical solutions.

Location: Based in the National Capital Region, with Springfield/Bethesda preferred; ability to operate in classified environments and 20–30% travel required.

Salary: $203,200–$254,000 USD base salary, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own capture strategy, revenue quota, requirements shaping, acquisition influence, source selection, and contract closure across NRO and NGA.
• Build trusted relationships with SES-level sponsors, PEOs, mission-area leaders, and technical evaluators.
• Navigate NGA BAAs, NRO OTAs, classified program vehicles, RFIs, white papers, and Program of Record integration.
• Co-design agentic AI workflows for imagery exploitation, change detection, multi-INT fusion, and geospatial data pipelines.
• Negotiate teaming and subcontracting arrangements with Tier 1 systems integrators and prime contractors.
• Lead delivery, renewal, expansion, and transition from individual GEOINT workflows to enterprise-hirify.global adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales, business development, or program capture experience within the Intelligence Community, primarily with NRO and/or NGA.
• Successfully closed and implemented multi-year IC contracts exceeding $25 million.
• Strong knowledge of GEOINT, overhead collection, imagery exploitation, Foundation GEOINT Services, ISR data pipelines, and multi-INT fusion.
• Direct experience with NGA BAAs, IC OTAs, NRO acquisition vehicles, and IC Program of Record integration.
• Existing active relationships with NRO and NGA sponsors, PEO staff, and mission-area technical leads.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; Full Scope Polygraph strongly preferred. BS/BA required.

Nice to have

• Technical degree, Master's degree, or MBA.
• Experience explaining agentic AI, RAG pipelines, and foundation-model fine-tuning to technical intelligence evaluators.
• Full Scope Polygraph.
