What you will do

• Translate business requirements into actionable analytical solutions for residual value forecasting.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across development, pricing, data science, and risk teams.
• Support model testing, governance activities, and performance validation against market benchmarks.
• Provide clear insights on model performance and vehicle outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Manage project delivery timelines, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to the transition toward electric vehicle finance within the transport division.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester for hybrid work.
• 3+ years of experience in residual value forecasting, automotive pricing, or econometric modeling.
• Proven experience in complex project delivery, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets.
• Ability to produce clear, accessible reporting and visualizations for senior governance forums.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a regulated environment.

• Experience with machine learning models, model validation, or governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of used vehicle markets, leasing, or fleet management.
