What you will do

• Own and execute the product strategy for AI-native and agentic experiences, transforming customer interactions through intelligent workflows.
• Lead the development of the AI/ML platform layer in close partnership with Engineering, Machine Learning, and Data Science teams.
• Build a multi-phase roadmap to convert extensive data assets into customer value via insights and predictive capabilities.
• Mentor and lead a team of product managers focused on AI platform and data products.
• Define product priorities, investment areas, and success metrics for AI and data initiatives.
• Drive innovation in conversational experiences, automation, and AI-powered workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading product strategy and execution for AI/ML platforms at scale.
• Demonstrated success in building platforms that enable broad AI innovation beyond individual features.
• Experience designing and launching agentic products, including LLM-powered workflows and autonomous agents.
• Director-level product management experience within high-growth or platform transformation organizations.
• Strong background utilizing data as a core product differentiator and value driver.
• Must be based in the United States.
