What you will do

• Design, implement, and deliver scalable private-cloud management and operations features.
• Participate in requirements analysis, architecture, coding, testing, debugging, and code reviews.
• Build enterprise-grade agentic applications using LLMs, SLMs, RAG, MCP, and multi-agent architectures.
• Design model routing, agent execution loops, tool integrations, safety guardrails, authorization, execution environments, and memory management.
• Collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams and provide technical expertise across product development.
• Mentor engineers and improve development practices in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or a related field with 12+ years of experience, or MS with 10+ years of related experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven development, AI coding agents, and spec-driven development.
• Expertise in enterprise AI applications, foundational and small language models, RAG, MCP, context engineering, and harness engineering.
• Strong backend development skills with Java, Spring, and Hibernate; experience delivering highly available, performant, scalable products.
• Experience with message queues, event streaming, data caching, RDBMS and NoSQL databases, preferably OpenSearch, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are also required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Angular or React.
• Knowledge of VMware technology.
