Salary: $143,000–$286,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do
- Deliver platform capabilities covering infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Design scalable and resilient systems using cloud-native architecture, microservices, containers, and automation.
- Conduct system design reviews and build AI-driven applications integrating ML components for automation and multi-step reasoning.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate across teams to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements and continuously improve tools and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, containers, and automation.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping.
- Experience with coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, observability, and software lifecycle delivery.
- Ability to lead technical design reviews, apply sound technical judgment, and improve platform reliability through DevOps engineering and remedial action.
- Commitment to mentoring, technical leadership, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies.
