Production Technician (Green-6pm-6am)

Location: Onsite in Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States. Rotating 3/4 schedule with 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Hourly pay: $23.31 plus a 10% shift differential.

What you will do

• Operate production equipment and manufacturing systems according to procedures, safety requirements, and production schedules.
• Assemble and manufacture medical products while meeting quality, productivity, scrap, and efficiency targets.
• Monitor product quality, identify non-conforming materials, and escalate quality or safety concerns.
• Perform equipment adjustments, troubleshooting, line clearance, startups, changeovers, and shutdowns.
• Complete production records, batch documentation, equipment logs, and other records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams on process issues and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 2 years of manufacturing, production, technical operations, or related experience, or successful completion of the applicable PBS requirements and assessment.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment, follow standard operating procedures, and comply with safety requirements.
• Mechanical aptitude, basic troubleshooting skills, basic computer proficiency, and accurate documentation abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, product quality focus, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Regular and predictable onsite attendance, with availability for overtime, alternate shifts, weekends, and non-standard schedules.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, cGMP, or quality systems.
• Experience with equipment setup, changeovers, production troubleshooting, or process optimization.
