What you will do

• Build and drive critical operational processes to ensure timely delivery of customer commitments.
• Manage the supply operation funnel by developing and implementing new tools and solutions.
• Create effective feedback loops between front-line operations, product teams, strategy, and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes for new and existing customers.
• Solve operational bottlenecks through relentless testing, pilots, and creative experiments.

Requirements

• Advanced English skills.
• 2+ years of experience in an operational role or within a top-tier consulting firm.
• Undergraduate degree in an analytics-heavy major (e.g., Engineering or Economics) or a graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business.
• Strong analytical, planning, and process improvement capabilities.
• Experience reading SQL or demonstrated high-level analytical skills.
• Must be located in Mexico City, MX.
