What you will do

• Identify high-value use cases for custom LLMs within government entities.
• Partner with clients to brainstorm and solve pressing problems using hirify.global's AI capabilities.
• Manage long-term client health, preempting risks and acting as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with operational and engineering teams to track delivery and timelines.
• Consult with research institutions on the development of Arabic LLMs.
• Continuously improve operational performance and delivery processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Doha, Qatar.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic is required.
• 7+ years of professional experience in consulting or technical program management.
• Proven track record in B2B client-facing roles and relationship expansion.
• Ability to understand APIs and the ML training lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, planning, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
