Technical Program Manager (Gamedev)

Salary: $70 - $90 per hour

What you will do

• Own delivery of large-scale technical programs with significant organizational impact.
• Define deliverables and milestones for cross-team dependencies to maximize efficiency.
• Develop comprehensive roadmaps for future releases and allocate resources to minimize risks.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to define milestones and lead technical trade-offs.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of hardware and software architecture and integrations.
• Identify and mitigate risks across multiple programs with proactive communication to leadership.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Mateo, CA
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of technical program management experience in software development.
• Experience reviewing software architecture and design, particularly for online services.
• Deep understanding of quality engineering including shift left/shift right methodologies.
• Proficiency with program management and issue tracking tools like Asana and JIRA.
