What you will do

• Own the delivery of large-scale technical programs with significant organizational impact.
• Define deliverables and milestones for cross-team dependencies to maximize efficiency.

• Identify and mitigate risks across multiple programs with proactive communication to leadership.
• Drive stakeholder alignment regarding technical trade-offs, internal milestones, and process optimization.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of HW/SW architecture and application integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of technical program management experience in software development.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-team technical programs on schedule.
• Technical experience in reviewing software architecture and design.
• Expertise in online services and integration with consoles, PC, or mobile apps.
• Deep understanding of quality engineering, including shift-left and shift-right methodologies.
