What you will do

• Translate vague business problems into viable AI-driven solutions during discovery and shaping sessions.
• Own the end-to-end technical delivery of client projects, from architecture and setup to deployment.
• Develop AI systems using a Python-first stack, typically utilizing FastAPI, Gradio, and AWS Lambda.
• Design and refine prompts, model selection, and agentic pipelines, balancing accuracy, cost, and latency.
• Build working demos for prospective clients to demonstrate proposed solutions against real problems.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy services to client cloud accounts following strict engineering standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain
• Proficiency in Python and lightweight web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Gradio).
• Experience with modern AI development tools, including the Anthropic API and LLMs.
• Ability to lead technical communications with clients and contribute technical details to proposals.
• Competence in data engineering, including cleaning and structuring client data for AI layers.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the department's operating models.
