What you will do
- Design and implement autonomous AI agents to qualify inbound leads against ICP criteria.
- Develop AI-powered workflows for lead enrichment using external data and CRM history.
- Build intelligent email agents that categorize intent and generate context-aware responses using LLMs.
- Maintain RAG solutions to provide agents with instant access to sales enablement content.
- Ensure seamless synchronization of AI agent activities with Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering, reasoning loop improvements, and A/B testing.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Growth, Solutions, or Sales Engineering within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced English level required for written and verbal communication.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents using platforms like 11x, Regie.ai, or Lyzr.
- Strong proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, and LLMs like GPT-4o or Claude.
- Deep expertise in RAG architectures and CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Experience with sales engagement tools like Salesloft or Outreach.
