What you will do
- Develop positioning, messaging frameworks, value narratives, and go-to-market plans for Informed Design.
- Lead coordination for quarterly releases, product updates, launches, and cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Create customer-facing and internal content, including webinars, newsletters, blogs, landing pages, demo scripts, video scripts, presentations, and customer stories.
- Develop sales, partner, adoption, and customer-success enablement materials that clarify use cases and product value.
- Analyze customer feedback, competitive signals, market trends, campaign performance, lifecycle metrics, and product usage data.
- Support and industry events while improving repeatable product marketing processes, templates, and content libraries.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, solutions marketing, or a related B2B SaaS role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience creating positioning, messaging, launch plans, customer content, and sales enablement for technical products or complex workflows.
- Proven ability to lead product or feature launches and manage complex cross-functional projects.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, writing, storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Adoption, Marketing, and partner teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with design, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or other technical workflow tools.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and workflows for research, content development, and operational efficiency.
