What you will do

• Lead small- to mid-scale multi-discipline projects from programming through closeout.
• Coordinate designs, document decisions, and ensure deliverables meet quality and constructability standards.
• Mentor Designers and engineers through hands-on guidance, reviews, and technical feedback.
• Contribute to firm-wide standards, tools, and workflows using GitHub Pull Requests.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and support project pursuits, technical narratives, and interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in AEC (Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, Low Voltage).
• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, and GitHub.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; the company is unable to sponsor visas.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications: RCDD (Telecom/ICT), CDT, CCNA, EIT, PE, or PMP.
