What you will do

• Lead the delivery of roadway improvement projects from conceptual design through construction phases.
• Manage all aspects of schematic or PS&E plan preparation for roadway projects.
• Prepare and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets for task orders.
• Oversee technical design for roadway, highway, and traffic engineering projects.
• Collaborate with client account management leads to support business development and win new work.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of transportation engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D software.
• Ability to work onsite in Walnut Creek, CA, including occasional field visits.
