Senior Legal Counsel (Healthcare)

Salary: $192,000–$228,000 base salary, plus equity; the stated range does not include a bonus for this role.

What you will do

• Support payor and clinical contracting initiatives and build scalable, compliant partnerships.
• Draft and negotiate provider, payor, commercial, network participation, business associate, management services, and professional services agreements.
• Advise business teams on healthcare regulatory issues and translate complex requirements into practical guidance.
• Address corporate practice of medicine, fraud and abuse, telehealth, scope of practice, reimbursement, and state AI law matters.
• Help establish foundational legal processes that support operations, risk mitigation, and business growth.
• Partner with healthcare providers, healthcare entities, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related professional experience.
• At least 5 years of healthcare regulatory law experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
• At least 5 years of contracting experience, including drafting and negotiating healthcare and commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting healthcare providers or healthcare entities.
• Strong writing, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in the United States; the role is not open to applicants in Hawaii.
