Tech Lead Engineer (C#/.NET and Angular)

Location: Remote within the United States, with flexibility across U.S. time zones. Employees cannot currently be located in Quebec, Ontario, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Louisiana, or Oklahoma. Travel may be required for less than 10% of working time.

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for complex, high-impact product and platform initiatives.
• Design system and component architectures using microservices, event-driven systems, API-first patterns, and Azure cloud services.
• Own technical execution from design through delivery, including task definition, estimation, risk management, and dependency coordination.
• Set engineering standards through code reviews, CI/CD, testing, TDD, observability, and DevOps practices.
• Improve technical debt, performance, scalability, reliability, and production operations using data-driven insights.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, UX, QA, Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of professional software development experience building complex, scalable business applications.
• Expert proficiency in C#/.NET Core and Angular.
• Hands-on Azure experience, including Azure Container Apps, App Services, Event Hub, and API Management.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, RESTful APIs, CI/CD, Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub, SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Delta Lake for data engineering.
• Experience with Kafka, OpenTelemetry, and low-latency real-time data processing.
