What you will do

• Lead and develop a credentialing team, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
• Oversee provider credentialing, licensing, privileging, and onboarding to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage operational workflows, application readiness reviews, and credentialing software updates.
• Collaborate with internal leadership, local practices, and external clients to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance metrics and conduct audits to identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (indicated by E-verify and US-specific benefits).
• 4–6 years of credentialing or healthcare operations experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
• Certification such as Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with credentialing software.
• Proven leadership and project management skills for managing remote teams.
