What you will do

• Manage daily provider and coach assignments based on licensure and operational requirements.
• Monitor care team panels to ensure adherence to program types, capacity limits, and onboarding needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Licensing, Member Experience, and Product to resolve assignment discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track metrics such as time-to-assignment and panel load distribution.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements using AI productivity tools like Claude.
• Create and maintain SOPs for clinical delivery and assignment workflows.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Claude or other AI productivity tools.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology, including healthcare provider licenses and care team structures.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
