What you will do

• Implement and standardize intake processes for new state launches and document best practices.
• Manage the onboarding of caregivers and patients, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation in Salesforce and TalkDesk.
• Pilot and refine engagement workflows, making independent adjustments to meet or exceed performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges during market expansion.
• Ensure all activities comply with state-specific statutes, regulations, and healthcare privacy laws.
• Develop relationships with key market stakeholders to facilitate case movement and referral sources.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role handling high call volumes.
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing process enhancements.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve onboarding roadblocks.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Brookfield, WI.
