What you will do

• Coordinate negotiations for strategic license, services, and other commercial agreements supporting SaaS offerings.
• Manage the legal workstream for significant revenue-generating opportunities and drive transactions to closure.
• Partner with sales, product, engineering, finance, marketing, and legal stakeholders to resolve issues and build consensus.
• Develop and refine processes that improve efficiency throughout the deal cycle.
• Create contract templates and support their implementation.
• Drive legal operations efficiencies through AI tools, contract management systems, and template management.

Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge of commercial contracting and legal concepts.
• Experience in a technology company, SaaS or software business, or a top-tier technology law practice.
• Experience negotiating complex technology transactions on a global basis.
• Background in financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity, or crypto.
• Self-directed, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across diverse teams.
• A university degree is required; a GDL or JD with paralegal certification is a strong plus. Qualified practising lawyer status is not required, and trainee paralegals through newly qualified lawyers may be considered.

Nice to have

• Paralegal certification through CILEX, NALP, or ILSPA.
• Experience working with AI initiatives, contract management tools, or legal technology.
