Production Support Logistics Operator (GMP Manufacturing): Supporting the manufacture of life-changing therapies through material staging, decontamination, cleaning, restocking, and waste handling with an accent on GMP compliance, equipment availability, and production safety. Focus on operating autoclaves and VHP chambers, maintaining controlled work areas, and solving equipment or safety issues during rotating shifts.
Location: Geleen, Netherlands; fully site-based with rotating day, night, and weekend shifts
Annual base salary: €34,344

What you will do
- Stage, disinfect, clean, and restock materials to support manufacturing operations.
- Ensure materials and equipment are available for production.
- Operate decontamination equipment, including autoclaves and Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide chambers.
- Dispose of waste according to GMP and site procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Report deviations, equipment issues, and safety concerns while collaborating with Manufacturing and other departments.
Requirements
- Willingness to work rotating day, night, and weekend shifts.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong planning, prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and listening skills.
- Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to follow GMP requirements and standard operating procedures.
