RMA Associate (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Receive, segregate, log, decontaminate, and triage approximately 15–20 pallets of returned products per week.
• Identify and quarantine recalled products while maintaining serial, SKU, lot, UDI, status, and location traceability.
• Process return transactions across multiple ERP databases and determine the correct disposition, including repair, evaluation, credit, return to vendor, or scrap.
• Verify documentation, warranty status, purchase orders, customer status, and applicable service fees.
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts, reconciling variances under SOX inventory controls.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in reverse logistics, warehousing, materials, or manufacturing with serial- or lot-controlled products.
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Infor, including barcode scanning and work across multiple databases.
• Knowledge of decontamination SOPs, ESD handling, quarantine and recall practices, FDA and ISO 13485 expectations, SOX inventory controls, and good documentation practices.
• Accurate data-entry and documentation skills, ability to follow SOPs and travelers, and basic Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 18–22 kg, stand and walk for extended periods, break down pallets, and work overtime or flexible shifts when required.

Nice to have

• Medical-device or other regulated-hardware experience.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle returns and repairs modules, or QMS tools such as TrackWise or MasterControl.
• Knowledge of export and shipping documentation, carrier portals, and financial flows related to returns, credits, service fees, and taxes.
