Work Transfer and Operational Readiness Internal Consultant II (Healthcare)

Salary: $80,200–$103,700 national salary range; $80,200–$118,300 national plus salary range for higher-cost labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.

What you will do

• Coordinate work transfer and transition activities across operations, partner management, and vendor partners.
• Support readiness assessments, transition plans, implementation tracking, and post-transition stabilization.
• Maintain governance documentation, process maps, standard operating procedures, knowledge-transfer materials, and SharePoint repositories.
• Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, action items, and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate readiness reviews, governance checkpoints, stakeholder meetings, and implementation discussions.
• Analyze business information, prepare leadership reports and readiness dashboards, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of experience in business operations, project coordination, operational readiness, process improvement, consulting, program support, or analytical business functions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience creating and maintaining business process documentation.
• Strong project coordination, analytical, communication, problem-solving, risk management, and documentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience with operational transitions, outsourcing or work-transfer initiatives, and vendor relationships.
• Experience supporting change management, operational improvement, or business transformation.
