RMA Coordinator (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site in the San Jose office, five days per week

Salary: $43–$57 per hour, eligible for overtime

What you will do

• Coordinate receiving, tracking, processing, and closure of end-to-end RMA cases.
• Manage defective parts, vendor communications, replacements, special requests, failure analysis requests, and escalations.
• Own packaging, shipping, inventory transfers, and daily receiving activities for hardware components, including power supplies.
• Maintain real-time ticket, workflow, inventory, SLA, and issue tracking.
• Generate productivity and workflow reports and support Customer Service with RMA authorization and case processing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Support, Quality, Engineering, and external vendors to improve processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in RMA coordination, logistics, supply chain, or a similar operational role.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and drive issues to resolution in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with vendors and internal stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to track metrics, prepare reports, and evaluate process performance.
• Ability to work on-site in San Jose five days per week.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in RMA operations, supply chain, or hardware logistics.
• Experience with server hardware, power supplies, or data center components.
• Familiarity with ERP, ticketing, and inventory systems such as NetSuite, Zendesk, or Jira.
• Knowledge of failure analysis, vendor return workflows, hardware repair, process improvement, or SOP documentation.
