Senior Product Manager (AEC Agentic AI)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 104,000–151,800 starting annual base salary, with potential additional bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AEC insights and personalization platform.
• Define platform capabilities for personalized, context-aware, and proactive experiences across products such as Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Fusion.
• Partner with AI/ML and engineering teams to integrate LLMs, machine learning systems, data pipelines, and scalable platform services.
• Lead customer discovery to identify workflow pain points, product opportunities, and practical applications for predictions and intelligent guidance.
• Set success metrics, run experimentation, analyze telemetry, and refine priorities based on data.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and promote data analytics and AI-driven product design practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally with enterprise software, data platforms, or AI/ML-powered products.
• Experience in the AEC industry or strong knowledge of design and construction workflows.
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1 through vision definition, roadmap creation, and feature delivery.
• Knowledge of real-time data systems, event-driven architectures, AI/ML pipelines, and cloud data services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including SQL, dashboards, data interpretation, and explaining technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and use data and telemetry to prioritize work and measure impact.

Nice to have

• Experience with BIM/CAD tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, or AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of LLMs, NLP, conversational AI, vector databases, embeddings, and context management frameworks.
• Experience designing autonomous or agentic systems, prompt routing, and multi-model or multi-tool orchestration.
• Background in computer science, machine learning, CAD, manufacturing, or design-related domains.
• Experience managing platform products or internal services and APIs used across multiple applications.
