Salary: $51,000 - $85,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage daily recurring accounting duties and prepare journal entries in accordance with local GAAP.
• Execute monthly closing activities within established timelines and review balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Handle cash reconciliations and payroll integration/reconciliations.
• Follow internal controls to maintain accurate and reliable financial reporting.
• Collaborate on special projects and strategic initiatives to support other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting frameworks such as US GAAP, AUS GAAP, or other international standards.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities under monthly close deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to work from Lincoln or Omaha, NE.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with Workday financial systems.
