Product Growth Strategist (Growth)

What you will do

• Develop and execute Product Growth strategies to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across digital products.
• Analyze behavioral and product analytics to identify growth opportunities and prioritize experiments.
• Lead experimentation initiatives, including hypothesis development, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing stakeholders to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
• Present strategic recommendations to clients, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Experience developing Product Growth strategies for digital products using behavioral analytics.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of customer journeys, product metrics, and growth experimentation.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating recommendations to clients.
• Ability to thrive in a remote consulting environment and manage multiple client engagements.
