Location: Fully site-based in Vacaville, California, United States. Shift schedule: 6:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Salary: $47,250–$78,750 annual base salary, plus a performance-related bonus.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain production systems in a cGMP environment while supporting inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in mammalian cell culture production across upstream and downstream processing activities.
• Perform media and buffer preparation, fermentation, harvest, chromatography, filtration, dispensing, and equipment sterilization.
• Manage inventory and process systems, maintain accurate records, and follow safety and environmental protocols.
• Use automated production systems, support Right-First-Time operations, and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle hazardous materials and collaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing demands.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three to six years of relevant experience is desirable.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
• Ability to identify and implement solutions to process issues.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, or Engineering.
