What you will do

• Define target architecture, roadmaps, and cross-domain standards for complex deals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders to shape technology direction pre-RFP.
• Manage architectural risks, trade-offs, and decisions to ensure deliverable and sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with commercial and delivery teams to align solutions with architectural intent.
• Assess profitability, cost-to-serve, and ROI for innovation and new services.
• Drive innovation and capability uplift to strengthen the value proposition.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Pre-sales.
• Broad technical expertise across networks, AI, cloud, contact centers, and voice.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• SC Clearance required.

Nice to have

• TOGAF certification or equivalent enterprise architecture qualification.
• Experience leading EA strategy in large, complex organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience developing business cases for investment.
• Background in telecommunications or managed services environments.
