What you will do

• Lead day-to-day SAP technical delivery across solution design, build, integration, development, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary SAP resources, including functional analysts, Basis, security, and integration leads.
• Establish technical delivery governance, decision forums, and executive-level status reporting.
• Coordinate technical cutover planning, mock cutovers, and go-live execution for a controlled transition to the live environment.
• Guide SAP S/4HANA architecture and strategy, focusing on clean core principles, extensibility, and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with internal controls and compliance stakeholders to ensure security and audit readiness.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience in SAP, enterprise technology delivery, or large-scale ERP transformation.
• Proven experience leading technical teams across Basis, security, development, and integration.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle and SAP Activate methodology.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the Buffalo, NY area.
• US work authorization required; the company is unable to provide US sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PMP or SAP certifications are preferred.

• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace and defense, or other highly regulated industries.
• Advanced degree or specialized enterprise architecture certification.
