Senior SAP Analyst (GTS)

Senior SAP Analyst – Global Trade Services (GTS) (SAP GTS/SAP S/4HANA): Designing, implementing, testing, and supporting global trade compliance processes within a multi-year SAP S/4HANA migration with an accent on solution design, configuration, integrations, and process improvement. Focus on leading fit-gap analyses, delivering full-cycle implementations, resolving complex production issues, and coordinating go-live and hyper-care activities.

Location: Remote for external candidates within a reasonable driving distance of a hirify.global facility; 30% travel to hirify.global facilities is required for go-lives and hyper-care.

Salary: $82,300–$152,800 annual base pay, with potential eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders and SAP functional teams to analyze requirements and design, configure, develop, and test GTS solutions.
• Lead GTS projects, fit-gap analyses, solution design, functional specifications, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support trade compliance processes including preference management, sanctioned-party screening, product classification, license controls, and system integrations.
• Coordinate unit testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, break-fix solutions, and continuous system optimization.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to cross-functional knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on SAP GTS and SAP S/4HANA experience.
• At least three full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with direct GTS process design and deployment involvement.
• Proficiency in GTS and SAP S/4HANA configuration, testing, documentation, and functional specification development.
• Experience with Agile environments and tools such as Jira, Azure, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Ability to work remotely from within a reasonable driving distance of a hirify.global facility and travel 30% to hirify.global facilities.
