Senior Product Manager (AI/Data)

Location: Fully remote, limited to candidates residing in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MD, MI, MO, NJ, NV, NC, PA, SC, SD, TX, VA, WA, or WY. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $149,400–$182,700 per year, plus annual bonus and stock options.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and backlog while leading a cross-functional Scrum team through planning, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Data Product, Quality Assurance, Legal, and business stakeholders to manage scope, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Identify customer problems and business opportunities through user research, product data, competitive analysis, and stakeholder input.
• Create PRDs, user stories, delivery plans, success metrics, and supporting documentation.
• Measure feature impact, analyze product performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements in acquisition, engagement, retention, and enterprise growth.
• Communicate the team’s impact and connect shipped work to company growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including leadership of cross-functional engineering teams through Agile development cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Product Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with data-powered products or technologies such as people search, identity resolution, public records, APIs, or web applications.
• Strong understanding of how data pipelines influence the end-user experience.
• Strong ownership, adaptability, product judgment, ROI orientation, communication, and attention to detail.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Figma AI to prototype ideas and accelerate product development.
