What you will do

• Manage toll account administration, including account opening and replenishment activities.
• Execute daily funding decisions to balance customer experience with cash flow efficiency.
• Verify and secure payment methods (credit cards, ACH) in coordination with the Treasury team.
• Review toll account statements and reconcile posted tolls and fees against internal records.
• Extract relevant toll data and ensure proper integration into internal tolling systems.
• Perform invoice reconciliations and analysis to identify potential savings opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mesa, Arizona.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory).
• Strong data analytics skills, specifically with large-volume transactional datasets.
• Financial or accounting experience (highly preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and discipline to manage recurring daily control processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle databases and SQL statement creation.
• Knowledge of VBA.
• Exposure to treasury operations, cash forecasting, or working capital management.
