What you will do

• Own the full-stack architecture of Kiro Web, orchestrating teams of AI agents collaborating in real time.
• Design and scale a process-per-session model to support dozens of concurrent agents.
• Implement state synchronization between server-side Agent Client Protocol (ACP) processes and browser-side React stores.
• Architect a multi-agent team orchestration layer with dynamic topology control and teammate activation.
• Develop enterprise-grade features including multi-tenancy, RBAC, and usage metering.
• Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and drive cross-team initiatives with CLI and IDE teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of proficiency with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture for reliability and scaling of systems.
• Proven experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Must be based in or able to work from Seattle, WA, USA.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience across the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including build processes and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
