TL;DR

Location: Hybrid work from hirify.global offices in San Francisco, CA

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do

  • Drive and deliver medium-to-large projects from conception through deployment.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to define business requirements, scope, and align work with company goals.
  • Architect and implement high-quality, well-tested code and scalable system solutions.
  • Lead architecture reviews for multi-developer projects and introduce new technical paradigms.
  • Implement tooling and process improvements to increase the velocity and efficacy of the engineering team.
  • Onboard and mentor teammates while contributing to a positive and inclusive hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in software engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node, Java, and Docker.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Git, .NET, MongoDB, C#, and C.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from San Francisco, CA.
