What you will do

• Own the architecture of the Conductor workflow builder and canvas where developers create complex agentic workflows.
• Develop mission-critical control plane tools used by SREs and enterprise clients to manage and monitor clusters at scale.
• Define and maintain frontend state, performance, and component-system standards across applications.
• Collaborate on API contracts and BFFs, extending into microservices when necessary.
• Drive the overall frontend strategy, including design system and framework decisions.
• Raise team craft by implementing testing, accessibility, and performance budgets.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise as a frontend architect in React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building complex UIs such as IDEs, real-time node-graph/canvas editors, or data-dense dashboards.
• Strong product judgment and ability to shape requirements and UX.
• Ability to own the API contract and work with backends/BFFs.
• Must be based in or be able to work in-office in Santa Clara, CA.

Nice to have

• Background in dev-tooling (e.g., Cursor, VS Code, Low Code/No Code).
• Experience with Next.js, Java, or Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like D3, Recharts, or Tremor.
• Strong fluency with design tools.
