What you will do

• Build end-to-end features across a Node.js/TypeScript or Go backend and a React + TypeScript frontend, from architecture to production.
• Lead with AI-assisted development by leveraging tools like Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.
• Accelerate the SDLC by designing and implementing AI-augmented development workflows.
• Contribute to technical standards, code review culture, and best practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines with product, design, and fellow engineers.
• Take full ownership of features from concept through deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack fundamentals.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or Go on the backend and React + TypeScript on the frontend.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping production software in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on, professional experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex is required.
• Strong communication skills and comfort operating with autonomy in evolving, fast-moving environments.
